A personal favorite of TCCC CEO Chris, and of Miss Cole, CFO Steven's wife, this Yirgacheffe is easily the most-consumed coffee around the homes and offices of our crew. Chris has been known to have 8-10 cups of this single-origin brew a day! Besides those two coffee addicts, this is an all-day drinkable coffee, as evidenced by the ancient Ethiopian coffee ceremony, sometimes performed two or three times per day in its home country! This is a mellow roast, with an earthy foundation but a citrus-y "pop" that is a treat to enjoy and sure to connect the coffee lover to the "Birthplace of Coffee" with its easy-going flavor and mouth feel.
